  Everything was perfect and then they "forgot" to return the insurance deposit even though the car wasn't damaged when we returned it back to the parking lot. FIND ANOTHER CAR RENTAL IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO SIMPLY LOSE 300 USD

  We kwamen 1uur te laat aan door vertraging van vliegtuig, vervolgens was onze auto er nog niet en moesten we met ene vervangende auto weg. Goed gecheckt op deukjes en krasjes voor het geval dat, maar tijdens het terugbrengen werd er €750 in rekening gebracht voor een hoedenplank. Deze zat echter vanaf het begin af aan niet in de auto. Oplichterij was het, werkelijk schandalig

  The day after giving back my car, I have been debited of 235€ on my credit card without any information from the car rental agency. Since then, I am struggling to contact them but their phone service is always busy and they haven't replied to my emails. I have even sent them photos (before/after) of the car that I had the wisdom to take to prove my honesty, but they would not even reply. Sincerely, how can you treat your customers this way? I am very disappointed since I had chosen Hertz instead of low-cost alternatives to avoid this kind of robbery.

  Sehr freundliches und nettes Personal. , sehr netter Service und leckeres Essen. Gerne wieder. Es gibt innen allerdings nur Hochstühle, was evtl. mit kleineren Kindern nicht so gut geeignet ist.

  I have rented compact car, automatic last summer at Palma airport for several days and no complaints at all. I have returned the car to different Hertz location, Cala Ratjada. No any unexpected or hidden charges.

  Renting and return routines were quick and hassle free. It was sharp contrast with year before at Nice airport where I booked a car with my regular provider Avis. So, Hetrz, Palma de Mallorca service has pleased me undoubtedly.
