  I am the owner of a house in Mallorca and Manuela really made the difference bringing really good tenants. She is very professional and well connected with people from abroad Spain, and definitely the best option if you want to rent your house to foreign people without the risks of vacational rental. She also helps with the contract and both parts can trust that everything is fair and convenient. I absolute recommend her to anyone in Mallorca willing to rent his/her house for a long term stay.
